Garage door broke, they was out the next morning. To fix it, new door was installed. Way more quieter looks great customer service. Was thankful they could do it so quick.

My review in a word would be Excellent. Vester was an extreme professional, one of the most knowledgable experts in his field. He explained all the options for the repair, pro's and con's and helped me make the best decision. Also he was able to implement the solution real time on site. No ordering parts and long lead times. On a scale from 1-5 with 5 being highest I'd give him a 8 :-)

Alexander recognized the problem with my garage door literally within one minute. I had thought the door opener was the problem, and had purchased a new one ready for installation. I even gave him the go ahead to install it after fixing what he felt was the problem. He completed the repair in no time and had my garage door working like new. He assured me I didn’t need to replace the door opener, so I could save money for when it actually needed replacing. I was really impressed by his honesty. Would certainly call again.

He was instrumental in getting my garage door replaced with recommending a discount their company gives to military families. My husband served in the army as a WWII combat medic, and received a Purple Heart for his war wounds. He passed away September 3, 2001. The owner and other technicians and employees of action informed me they were replacing my garage door at no cost to me. I was overcome by the miracle I was given. Things have overwhelmed me for the past six months after I fell and broke my left leg and left hip. When my garage door broke I felt like I couldn’t deal with anything else.
