Ryan was great! He came up with a better solution to my sensors not working. He was able to swap them out with a newer sensor! I was happy to have someone suggest this as we have been having issues for the past few years! I appreciated the great idea! He was quick and efficient and very polite!

Told me the bearings was the issue for my garage, went ahead and replaced them and the garage still did not work. Then he proceeded to say it was the motor and so he switched my bearings which were perfectly fine for others that were not the correct size and ended up being very crooked. Justin W was finally able to come on site and resolved the issue in no time. Shaun is a waste of time and a scam. Do better action door! I I will happily work with action door again but make sure and never send that technician!

Without the door operating properly we can not test the opener so the one repair did need to take place prior to diagnosing the other issues. The garage door hanger support sheared on our double door last night. I called J.R. at 7:00 PM on his mobile. He ANSWERED the call, scheduled service and had Nate out this morning at 8:30 AM. Nat was phenomenal! He not only fixed the hanger bar but double reinforced them with a heavier gauge metal. He also found stress cracks in our roller hinges and worn out bearings in the rollers. Very meticulous and extremely professional. Got everything repaired at a price I would consider extremely fair. The only way I can sum up the experience is just UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!
