Ultimate Heating Tune-Up Heat Pump: serviced and inspected heat pump system, including electrical, safeties, controls, reversing valve and defrost cycle to manufacturer specifications. Found 1st floor humidifier not engaging when forced the humidifier. Pulled the door off of the air handler and move the wires around as I traced them. Doing this the humidifier started. Check wire connections and made sure all were tight in the Uber and on the relay. We will double check on next visit Turn on all humidifiers and tested operation
