Found compressor making a lot of noise. Compressor is not circulating refrigerant. I believe there’s a bypass inside the compressor that’s stuck open. Check the capacitor amps and high voltage. No issues with that stuff. This systemizes are 22 so the system needs to be replaced. Inform tenant that thermostat should be moved to emergency heat, but use it sparingly because it’s very expensive to use.
