Jay was a godsend!. I thought that my water heater/heating system was a goner. Jay checked out all of my HVAC systems, determined that my pilot light had just gone out, taught me how to relight it if needed, and gave me a safe, two ingredient recipe to rid whatever critters had been leaving their sizeable droppings in the equipment closet.
