Customer stated: handle in master shower is broken, sink is leaking and sons bedroom closet floor is wet. Technician notes: upon inspection found that kitchen sink is leaking from a loose left side basket strainer. Found master shower hot side stem broken and found hall bathroom tub drain very loose causing it to leak on sons closet floor. Resolution: tightened basket strainer, tightened tub drain and replaced hot side stem in master shower. If carpet continues to get wet from shower drain we will have to return to cut open and replace tub/shower drain
