We love Comfort Air Solutions and the service they provide. We had one new unit put in by them and old ones serviced. They are detailed, professional, reasonably priced, and honest, which is very difficult to find. We have gone through a few different companies until we found them and now we recommend them to everyone we know. Service and professionalism are extremely important to us and they definitely are the best.

Performed inspection and maintenance on one basement furnace unit, and one outdoor condensing unit. Customers filter did not need to be changed at this time. The filter size is 16 x 25 x 5. Treated drain line and condensation pump. Inspected indoor blower motor amperage and overall cleanliness of the blower cabinet. Inspected outdoor condensing unit fan motor amperage, capacitor, and Freon level. Washed outdoor condensing unit coils. All measurements taken are with specifications. The system is functioning normally at this time
Replaced high limit switch and inspected system during operations.
Arrived at customers house and found furnace running in heat mode. Testing the furnace out it was running and operating normal at the time. I disabled main floor zone/thermostat system ran for a few minutes and then cut out and high limit. Found blower capacitor to be over 25% below specifications. Replaced capacitor and system ran for longer time but still cut out and high limit. Filters have been replaced recently and are still in good shape, all zone motors are opening at this time. System has a weighted bypass damper. I tested system with bypass damper, propped all the way open and with it where it is currently adjusted at. I did not notice any difference with the systems runtime before it cut out in a high limit fault. We will need to replace the high limit switch and possibly adjust bypass damper after limit switches replaced. Ordering part from Apex supply to be replaced. Main floor dampr has the bypass adjusted open to help when downstairs zone is calling by itself. Will need
Installed new Honeywell damper motor for downstairs zone.
Completed maintenance on upstairs system. Found bad damper motor for basement zone and found humidifier leaking water on main floor system. Left humidifier unwired and customer will consider replacement in the future.see pic for which damper motor to replace.
I performed a maintenance on the basement system that covers the main in the basement floor. I looked over the blower motor and check the zone board check the zones make sure that everything was calling in operating like supposed to. Changed out the filter for the basement 20 x 25 x 5 filter
Performed heating maintenance on furnace inside basement, changed 16 x 25 x 5 filter, treated drain line and checked blower motor amps, triggered safety switches, cleaned burners and flame sensors, inspected heat exchangers and blew out pressure tube, Customer stated that the upstairs was a lot warmer than the rest of the home, I messed around with the zones and found some clothes that needed to be open but still did not fix D issue with the upstairs being warmer, did find that the garage was being cooled and could maybe use a zone damper to push more air to the upstairs bedrooms.
