Replace compressor, filter dryer and refrigerant. The compressor is under parts warranty from the manufacturer. I’ve discounted the filter dryer for multiple item repair. We will pressure test the system and pull a deep vacuum. The outdoor unit is still under warranty from the manufacturer for parts only., our repairs come with a one year warranty.
I arrived and discussed issue with tenant. I found the outdoor unit running the fan but failing to start the compressor. I checked voltage and the capacitor for the outdoor unit. I tested the compressor windings and amp draw. The compressor is testing out with not load bit failing under load. I was able to get the compressor to run on a hard start kit but the compressor sounds bad. The unit was over charged and I adjusted the charge but the scrolls inside the compressor are still locking up and making a bad noise. I have a video included. I will be getting with the manufacturer to check warranty status and part availability. This will determine repair and replacement options. Tenant did mention there’s been a history of refrigerant/ potential leak issues in the past. This could be the cause of early failure of the compressor. Manufacturers supply opens back up Monday and I will call then to complete the estimate. Diagnostic fee is the only charge for today’s visit.
Right side sanctuary 1992 York furnace not working because of a shorted igniter. I tried to install a universal one but it was to long and hitting metal, I will be calling supplier Monday morning for part availability and quotes. ZERO percent financing for 36 months WAC installed blower motor
I performed a one time maintenance on a gas furnace I looked at all the low-voltage checked the blower motor treated and blew out the drain line. Check the charge the capacitor and washed outdoor system off. Everything is running and performing like it supposed to.
30+ year old air handler located above ceiling has rusted through and is leaking water into the building. Also 20 year old condenser on roof has a bad condenser fan motor, and Contactor. R22 refrigerant. Our official will contact property owners or responsible person’s with options to move forward.

Replace blower motor and blower wheel. Completed. Replaced blower motor and blower wheel on indoor furnace servicing left side of main church. Completed start up on the outdoor unit that we installed. Charged system to correct factory sub cool requirements. System is currently cooling an manufacturer’s specifications.
Access was denied . This will have to be rescheduled through our office. There is only access to the thermostats in each store. Security and mall management will not allow us on the roof or into electrical rooms to work. There was no notice from the customer of required paperwork needed to work on site. The stores will have to be added to our insurance and forms filled out to be submitted for approval through mall management before work is allowed. Customer is responsible for the diagnostic fee. I called the main number on file, did not get an answer but I left a voicemail.

Warranty- when system was installed house had no power so valves were not cracked. When installers finished they failed to pull power to AC so it ran with valves closed and shorted the compressor. I will have to call apex for availability. Pics uploaded. Tenant Alicia (grandma) 404-492-4893
Hallway 1982 Ruud furnace has a bad gas valve, thermocouple, and blower motor. Due to age customer is interested in quotes. Den 1982 Ruud furnace has a bad blower motor and flu pipe needs replacement. I will be calling around about a new motor. AC’s are newer Pics uploaded
