Ac preventative maintenance on 2 gas systems, downstairs from 2025 and upstairs from 2019. Customer did provide me with air filters to replace today sizes are 20*25*4 for upstairs and 20*25*1 and 10*10*1 for downstairs. During my inspection I checked electrical connections and components, checked temperatures, washed the coils outside, inspected the systems for dirt buildup, and treated the drain lines of the systems. On the upstairs system I found the compressor to be starting heavy, a weak capacitor, and both systems don’t have surge suppressors. I brought it up to the customer and he decided to leave everything as is for today. Overall the systems are running and cooling at this time
