It took two days for the instillation of my 5 units. The crew was great and very careful with everything in the house. Mask and gloves as well as shoe covers were worn all of the time.

Upon arrival, I turned the unit on to cool. The system powered on with no issues. I began thoroughly examining the equipment. Customer stated that the indoor unit was blowing air that wasn’t cold. I checked the electrical in the outdoor unit. The capacitor was right at the bottom side of recommended rating 42.5/45. I removed the 24v common off of the contactor. The contactor ohmed at 19. When I went to plug in the 24 common wire, the contactor began emitting an awful buzzing noise. The last time I heard that noise, it shorted out the thermostat and contactor. I quickly removed the wire and reached out to Jacob for approval to replace the contactor and capacitor under parts/labor warranty. Customer is up and cooling with no further issues. Suggested adding surge protection to the equipment.
Performed single system cooling maintenance. I checked amps, capacitors, filter, electrical, drains, refrigerant, temperature split, and cleanliness. The system is performing within manufacture specifications. I provided pricing for membership, a surge protector, and a bottle of our drain treatment. Customer declined offered services at this time.

Due to the customer not having a labor warranty, I offered it since it is still within the 18 months of installation.

Two complete change outs downstairs, coil and condenser for other three systems. Checked 6th system (GYM), VERY low on charge. Could not find leak at this time. Complementary 410A refrigerant charge of unit.
