Overtime due to lack of filter, replacement a buildup of debris and dirt and dust cake, the fan blades and fan motor as well as the evaporator cool causing a massive lack of airflow and depleting unit efficiency causing the blower motor compressor and outdoor fan motor to continuously run causing more wear and tear on the units. Preformed a pull and clean on all blower motors including, fan blades, fan housings, and blower motor itself. Dusted and cleaned all electrical components inside gas furnace housing. Performed chemical flush with water rinse cleaning on all evaporator coils. tested all units to ensure proper function and operation all units operating as they should at this time.
The estimates for a complete system. Will be replacing the Outside unit, the Gas furnace, and the Evaporator coil. Will be using the existing ductwork supply boxes, return boxes, copper lines, and PVC. The pricing of the equipment is only good for December 27 —- 2024

Found the compressor not starting due to a dead capacitor on the compressor side reading 3/70. Replaced 70/5 capacitor under warranty and suggested a hard start kit due to the high in-rush of the compressor. Installed the hard start and rechecked the in-rush and it is running to manufacture specifications.
AC repair in Oak point north dallas. There was a mayor water leak on the kitchen area. We had a previous visit to install overflow switches/ blow out valves on all systems, we also cleaned blower motors, during our visit we tested each system to verify they were draining properly. tested the main drain line to verify it wasn’t clogged up, line was draining properly, found a piece of insulation stuck inside the main drain line, the water will find a way out. We noticed during this visit the compressor for this system going out twice, found the condenser unit extremely dirty, we washed it today at no costs, brought this to customer’s attention. Found no more concerns/ issues at this time.
Customer stated that the system isn’t cooling, that they replaced the breaker at the main breaker box because the unit was tripping it. And that thermostat was blank. Started diagnostic at the indoor unit.
