Performed fall maintenance on one unit, no mechanical failures found at this time. Recommend duct cleaning and blower pull and clean, customer interested, but needs to wait until after the first of next month due to taxes.

Performed VIP tuneup on 2 systems. Found no mechanical issues, however client informed tech of bad allergies in home. Looked at ductwork and found lots of dust/debris. Duct cleaning will remove dust and debris from ductwork and improve indoor air quality.

Cooling AC system repair Pulled and clean blower assembly. Verified evaporator drain line was draining at this time. Replaced contactor on condensing unit and capacitor on blower motor. Unit is working in cooling at this time
