Found breaker to condenser inside breaker box burnt, not allowing power to condenser and wires are burnt inside breaker box. Will need to have a licensed electrician access box for problems and repair. Once power is supplied to condenser, call us back out to diagnose system. Recommended VIP service agreement.
Cleaned all ducts in home. Performed anti-microbial treatment. Cleaned dryer vent and recorded video (attached). Mr. Krahel may already have a hvac membership, will verify and get back with us at his convenience. After checking membership, if becomes VIP interested in discount from today.
Performed service check on HVAC system, found it 2 lbs low of R-410. Client chose to charge system up. Recorded before and after data. Will be in “cooling diagnostic†form.
Install reme LED. Installed 2 wireless sensors in office and main bedroom. Pictured all installs.
Found wiring on zone board to be wired incorrectly, with reversing valve wired into W2 on the board instead of O causing heat pump to be stuck in heating mode. Corrected wiring, then found primary drain line clogged, causing float switch to kill power to condenser. Cleared drain line and confirmed flow with customer supplied bleach. Found unit slightly low on 410A, added 2 pounds to achieve correct operating pressures. No other mechanical failures found at this time.
