Ac preventative maintenance on a heat pump from 2023, air filter size 20*25*4 Upon arrival the customer is in the middle of remodeling her house and had some electrical work done. During my inspection I checked temperatures, electrical connections and components, and inspected system for dirt buildup. I did find the ductwork, plenum boxes, indoor coil, and blower wheel to be extremely dirty. Customer did state that her last filter was so clogged that it was getting sucked in. The indoor coil at one point had frozen over because there is a lot of water on the insulation under the primary drain pan and there’s a lot of water in the secondary drain pan. There was a small leak on the air handler that was allowing water to drip out from the corner, I was able to seal that area the best I could with water constantly dripping.
