Preformed heating maintenance on a zoned single system gas furnace 2012 carrier. We tested all electrical components on the inside furnace. All electrical components tested within manufacturer specifications. We tested all safeties. The safeties tested within manufacturer specifications. We noticed that the blower motor bearings are wore out. We also found a burnt spade on the flame sensor. Also we found a zoned damper motor on the upstairs duct to be getting stuck. Presented findings to client. Outdoor coil had very slight damage to the fins. Unit was back to cooling upon departure.
