Preformed dryer vent cleaning, presented before and after pictures to client. Preformed single system heat maintenance on a 2024 gas system. I tested all electrical components and safeties. All tested within manufacturer specifications. I proceeded outside to visually check the outside unit. All looks good and operating properly. I did changed the filter today Aprilaire 213. Client did have a concern about one of her daughter’s bedrooms not getting warm enough and cool enough in the room. I tested supply temp to the room it was coming out at 105 and climbing, return from that room was at 75 degrees. The room does have a return vent in it. Unit was operating correctly upon departure.
