Preformed single system heating maintenance on a 2024 gas system. I tested all electrical components and safeties for the furnace. All tested within manufacturer specifications. I changed clients filter. Filter size was 20x25x4 Aprilaire 210. I checked the system for cleanliness as well. I found that the return ducts are getting dust build up in them I did provide estimates to have the ducts cleaned. I then proceeded outside to visually inspect the out door unit, where I noticed the system does not have any type of surge protection on it. Provided estimate to install surge protection. Unit was in working order upon departure.
