Furnace Control Board Replacement (Water Damage) yoga room Scope of Work - Replace failed furnace control board damaged by water dripping from the roof - Inspect wiring connections and verify proper furnace operation after replacement In reception area it was found that the pressure switch was not behaving properly and would cut in and out rapidly. Replaced pressure switch with a generic pressure switch and tested unit extensively without issue. Replaced control board and tested unit extensively without issue. Units in good working order upon departure Found returns on reception side were extremely dirty and blocked to the point where the panels were raised up into the ceiling while running. Recommend cleaning these with the dusting brushes to reduce stress on system. Cleaned these vents as a courtesy for today. Units in good working order upon departure.
