Upon arrival, I performed a power cycle of the system. This removed the code on the thermostat. After a time delay, the system came on and began heating. It was not heating before. I took reading of the operation of the system and confirmed that he system is fully functional. To reboot the system, I shut off both breakers. They are labeled A/C and furnace. After 5 mins, I turned the A/C breaker on and then the furnace breaker. System is heating upon departure.
