Performed a summertime tune up on the hvac equipment. Testing system operations, component amperage’s, capacitor ratings, cleared the drain lines, tested the thermostats, dusted the return grills, charged all the one inch filters, and checked the condensers outside. The systems are working properly at this time conditioning the supply air to 48 degrees. Need to bring a case of 12x12x1 pleated filters with me to next maintenance visit, used the last one today.
