I returned today 12/28/22 to install heat strips, unfortunately the heat strips were not the right kit. I will return the wrong ones when the new strips come in. Today 12/30/22 I picked up the new correct heat strips from Baker. I have them on the truck. I installed the new heat strips and the unit is now operating properly in both heat modes.
