Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Crawl Space):** * Observed the indoor coil in poor and dirty condition. * Recommended a duct cleaning. * Noted customer will provide their own 1" pleated air filter. **Outdoor Unit (Back Yard):** * Observed the outdoor coil in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Verified the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are in good condition. **Measurements:** * Recorded a return air temperature of 76.0°F and a supply air temperature of 61.0°F. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary pan and condensate pump. * Tested the safety switch. **Recommendations:** * Duct
