07/26/2025- I arrived on site to find the run capacitor in the outdoor unit dead, which wouldn’t allow the compressor to start. After replacing the faulty part with truck stock the unit came on without issue. I have verified that the unit is cooling properly with a 18F degree temperature split and is functioning properly at the time of service.
