Today I arrived on site and performed a summer tune-up on your system. Here's a summary of the work completed: System Overview Overall equipment condition is fair. The indoor unit is an air handler located in the closet. The outdoor unit is a heat pump located on the side of the house. The system services the whole home. Component Inspections & Testing The indoor coil is clean, and the outdoor coil is in good, clean condition. Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires; all are in good condition and working properly. Maintenance Actions Checked the pleated 1" filter (size 20x25x1). Cleared the condensate drain line, cleaned out the primary pan, and tested the safety switch. Dusted the return grills and thermostat. Rest
