Indoor Coil Condition: * Found to be fair and dirty. * Recommended duct cleaning for improved performance. Outdoor Unit Details: * Positioned on the side of the house. * Condition rated as fair. Electrical Components: * Successfully tested and inspected the following components: * Blower Motor * Heat Strip Kit * Compressor * Compressor Run Capacitor * Fan Run Capacitor * Contactor * Electrical Wiring * Electric Heat Strip Kit Safety's * All components are functioning within manufacturer specifications.
