Today, I arrived on site to perform maintenance on the HVAC system. Overall Equipment Condition: Good condition noted for both indoor and outdoor units. Indoor Unit Details: Located in the attic of the garage. Type: Air Handler. Filtration system: Respicare; replaced with spare filters provided by the customer. Filter size: 16x20. Indoor coil condition: Good and clean. Outdoor Unit Details: Located on the side of the house. Type: Heat Pump. Outdoor coil condition: Good and clean. Electrical Components: Tested and inspected the following components: Blower Motor: working properly. Compressor Run Capacitor: within specs. Fan Run Capacitor: within specs. Compressor Start Capacitor: within specs. Contactor: functioning correctly. Electrical Wiring: secure and operational. System Inspections: Inspected components in good condition: Blower Wheel.
