Indoor Coil Condition: * Rated as fair. Outdoor Unit Details: * Located in the back yard; type is heat pump. * Condition is fair; cleaned today. Electrical Components: * Blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring tested and are functioning within manufacturer specifications. Component Inspections: * Blower wheel, electrical wires secured, primary drain pan, and secondary drain pan inspected; all in good working condition. * No components found in poor condition.
