Today I arrived on site and performed the following maintenance and service activities: **Indoor Unit (Air Handler - Closet/Attic):** * Verified the indoor unit is in good overall condition. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (12x12x1) using the customer's spare filters. * Confirmed the indoor coil is in fair, clean condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump - Side of House):** * Verified the outdoor coil is in good condition. **Electrical Components (Tested & Working):** * Confirmed proper operation and amperage within manufacturer specifications for: * Blower Motor * Compressor * Blower Run Capacitor * Compressor Run Capacitor * Fan Run Capacitor * Contactor * Electrical Wiring **System Components (Inspected & Working):** * Verified good condition and proper operation of: * Blower Wheel * Heat Exchanger * Secondary Drain Pan * Primary Drain Pan * Electrical Wires Secured * Ductwork **Condensate
