Today I arrived on site and performed a summer tune-up on the system. Here's a summary of the work completed: **Indoor Unit (Closet, Whole Home Service):** * Checked the 20x20 Respicare filter. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Side of House):** * Cleaned the outdoor coil, which is now in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, compressor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **System Components (Good Condition):** * Inspected and verified the proper function of the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires. **Measurements & Adjustments:** * Measured a return air temperature of 75.0°F and a supply air temperature of 51.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary drain pans. *
