Today I arrived on site and performed a summer tune-up on the system. The overall equipment condition is good. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Verified the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Confirmed the 1" pleated filter is in good condition. The customer has spare filters and will replace them. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Verified the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, defrost control board, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. * Inspected the blower wheel, heat exchanger, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, secured electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition and working properly. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 76.0°F and a supply air temperature of 55.5°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line. *
