Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler - Garage):** * Replaced the existing 20x20x4 pleated filter with a spare provided by the customer. * Confirmed the indoor coil is in fair and clean condition. **Outdoor Unit (Side of House):** * Verified the outdoor coil is in fair and clean condition. * Confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are in good working order. * Cleared the condensate drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary drain pans. * Tested the safety switch. **Measurements:** * Recorded a return air temperature of 75.0°F. * Recorded a supply air temperature of 58.0°F. **Additional Actions:**
