Today I performed a routine maintenance on your carrier heat pump split systems. I checked all the electrical connections on both the indoor and outdoor equipment, checked the air filters, flushed the drain lines, checked the capacitor ratings, and checked the pressures per customer request. During the maintenance, I noticed the upstairs unit has some buildup on the blower wheel and also has a pretty severely rusted evaporator coil. I will send an estimate to perform a pull and clean on the blower wheel and housing also the customer asked for proposal on a new system. Other than that both systems are cooling properly at this time.
