Today I arrived on site and performed a summer tune-up. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic - West Side):** * Verified the unit is in good condition. * Checked the pleated 1" filter; customer will replace with their own spares. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump in Back Yard):** * Verified the unit is in good condition. * Confirmed the outdoor coil is in good condition. **Electrical Components (Tested and Working):** * Blower motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring are all operating within manufacturer specifications. **System Components (Inspected and in Good Condition):** * Blower wheel, heat exchanger, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good working order. **System Performance:** * Return air temperature: 71.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 59.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line
