08/15/2025- I arrived on site to find the unit freezing up due to a bad blower motor. The loud noise the customer heard was the condenser kicking into defrost mode due to the frozen line. I have ordered the replacement blower motor from shearer supply. I have disconnected power to the upstairs unit to prevent any other damage to the unit. As soon as the part arrives, please send me back out here to replace the faulty blower motor.
