Customer said that the unit wasn’t running not cooling yesterday, but cooling today. Talked to her about the filters(1 20x30x1, 1 20x20x1, 1 12x12x1) being dirty which could be causing the unit to freeze up. Also found the drain to be slightly clogged which is triggering the safety switch. Cleared out the drain and verified that it is draining properly. Also customer approved replacement of thermostat, will be back at a later time to replace it. Thank you for your business.
