Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Furnace in Garage):** * Replaced the 20x25 pleated 1" filter (customer provided spare). * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair and clean condition. * Serviced the whole home area unit. **Outdoor Unit (Straight Cool on Side of House):** * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair and clean condition. **Electrical Components (Tested and Working):** * Verified proper operation and amperage of: Inducer Draft Motor, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Blower Run Capacitor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Furnace Control Board, Contactor, and Electrical Wiring. **Components Inspected (Good Condition):** * Confirmed proper function of: Blower Wheel, Primary Drain Pan, Secondary Drain Pan, Electrical Wires Secured, and Ductwork. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety switch.
