Today I arrived on site and performed a summer tune-up on the system. **Indoor Unit (Attic):** * Checked the pleated 16x25 filter. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Side of House):** * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. **Electrical Components (Tested & Working):** * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, and compressor. * Confirmed blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, and fan run capacitor are within spec. * Checked contactor, compressor start capacitor, and electrical wiring, all operating correctly. **System Components (Inspected & Working):** * Confirmed blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires are in good condition. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out both the primary and secondary drain pans. * Tested the safety switch to ensure proper function. **Measurements:** * Return air temperat
