Today I arrived and met with the homeowner. I completed the evaluation today, began by verifying system safety and its performance. I then flushed and treated the indoor water removal system. While servicing the outdoor system I cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed the unit using water. Customer had voiced a concern about how noisy the unit can sound at times, I noticed the return cavity underneath closet is not insulated, I spoke with customer about insulation this and he has approved the repair. Collected deposit today, will call and get repair scheduled.
