Upon my arrival I found that the system was not getting 24 volts to the O/B wire causing the reversing valve to stay disengaged. This causes the system to stay in heat mode no mater the call from the comfort control. I removed the comfort control from the wall and jumped the system out manually and verified that the reversing valve was engaging. After verification I spoke with the customer about them comfort control needing to be replaced due to it not energizing the reversing valve. Customer approved to have an ecobee installed in replacement of their nest comfort control. After the repair was performed I tested the system and found that it is now emerging the reversing valve and putting the system into cooling as to should. While checking pressures I noticed that the systems refrigerant pressure control in not metering the refrigerant properly and causing a slight restriction on the system.
