Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on 1 heat pump system. Flushed and treated the water removal system, washed the condenser coil using water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinet then verified system safety and performance. Found the indoor system has a significant amount of bacterial growth and the air circulation system is becoming restricted. The outdoor unit I found the voltage enhancement system was bad and replaced under warranty. The refrigerant circulation pumping system is doing the best it can to keep up but is showing signs of future failure with higher then normal amp draws and the sub cooling be out of manufacture recommendations. Customer went to the next door property so I will speak of my findings while performing that evaluation.
