Upon our arrival in Smithville, for an AC service, TP removed all of the piping for the water removal system. Installed all new 3/4' PVC piping, new traps, new access ports, new ball valves for sectioning off the drain lines when clearing, insulated the pipe of each unit, added supports to prevent any sagging. Replaced all fittings and stress tested the system. Water removal system is now flowing properly with no restrictions. GA recovered the remaining refrigerant from the system, exposed section of piping that was leaking, replaced a section of copper, resealed the liquid line, installed refrigerant drier in the attic per installation manual, pressure tested system to 415psi using nitrogen and verified no leaks within system at time of repair, evacuated system and purged using nitrogen a total of 4 times to adequately dehydrate the system, isolated system and performed a decay test for 10 minutes and maintained 700 microns.
