Upon arrival I met with Steve. Concern of blank thermostat, I found unit drain clogged. Customer approved drain cleaning, he also reenrolled in the comfort plan. I then cleaned drain and began evaluations. Began by verifying system safety and its performance. I then flushed and treated the indoor water removal system on both units. While servicing the outdoor systems I cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed the units using water. I spoke with Elena about indoor units being dirty and would recommend a cleaning.
