John was very courteous and knowledgeable. He performed a thorough test of my system and performed all the required service. In addition, to the regular maintenance, John discovered a leak and realized that the pump was broken. He replaced it. He alos offered advice on proper maintenance.

We have the annual service plan for our 2 zone systems, and the technician spent extra time testing and waiting for different heat cycle to complete. He found some old error codes that would reduce the life span of the inducer, so he adjusted the settings for optimal performance. Worth the time and money. Edison has also been great with emergency service when we needed it a year or two ago (parts were still under warranty).
Service is good by the technician. But it took Edison Heating & Cooling at least 3 months to give me this service. It is not good for a customer who signed up for the annual service (or any customer).
Chris explained everything he was doing, what was involved, and gave me positive detail on the performance of our equipment. Very much appreciated!!!

Performed air duct repair service on residential HVAC system. Conducted visual inspection identifying crushed and disconnected ductwork sections causing high static pressure and airflow restrictions. Removed damaged flex duct segments and installed new R8 insulated ducting utilizing proper support strapping. Sealed connections with UL-listed mastic and fiber mesh tape. Replaced multiple duct mounting straps and hangers. Restored balanced airflow through full system following industry best practices. Measured static pressures confirming operation within specified range.
At site, I performed a comprehensive cooling system maintenance service for a client. This included thoroughly cleaning the condenser coil, inspecting the refrigerant charge, verifying proper airflow through the evaporator, and testing the thermostat and electrical components. I also lubricated all moving parts to optimize system efficiency and reliability ahead of the hot summer months.
Carried out seasonal AC maintenance on a Trane XR14, model 4TTR4048L1000A. Identified compromised ducting that was reducing system efficiency. Repaired the ductwork by sealing leaks and replacing sections with significant wear using UL 181 tape and mastic. Additionally, installed new insulated flex duct, model Thermaflex M-KC, to ensure optimal airflow. Concluded by testing the system to guarantee restored efficiency and comfort levels.
