found homeowners have no 240 in home only 110 - customers may need location to dry up due to flooding and being so close to the water. All 230/240 breakers may have been affected due to the hurricane, customer took off panel on his own, I do not recommend customers touching anything in regards to the work we are out for to avoid liability issues, due to the customer personally taking off panel I did not put it back on as I did not personally remove it.
