James is a consummate professional and a great person in general. He’s been an advocate for our issues and works so hard to resolve them and make sure we get the best experience and service overall.
Anthony was fantastic diagnosing the repair and quickly resolving the issue.

This company went above and beyond to diagnose my a/c issue. They came out for a simple thermostat install and it ended up being a lot more complex. James explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be done. I will definitely use this company from now on. John also came out multiple times to help figure out what was wrong.
bad ecm blower motor needs replacement job on pause
Customer called us out because we were following up on a visit from Ricky. Troy followed up and upon investigation found that the blower motor was indeed faulty. The system was very old installed in 2004. I told the customer that at the age of the system repairing the motor might help for a bit, but I can’t guarantee a good outcome because of the age of the system, customer agreed and asked for pricing on a new unit told the customer that the Dura star heat pump has two stages and is great with the humidification. Customer agreed to have the work done next week at some point customer will be financing this project through synchrony most likely we will have to follow up on him on Monday morning.
Upon arrival found unit out due to locked rotor error code Found that capacitor and hard start kit failed Will need to replaced hard start kit due to capacitor replaced on original appointment
- Replacement of the failed compressor
Today we visited to determine why the ac unit was not working. We learned the system has a failed compressor. We will be returning to replace the faulty components.
Today we visited Mr. and Mrs. Cabale to evaluate the ac unit. Another company came out to perform maintenance and caused a stir over the bacteria in the air handler. James informed our clients the bacteria is always sanitized and wiped away with the yearly maintenance and not to be concerned about it as long as they keep up with the service. James cleaned the air handler and sanitized the insulation panels. The unit is running well and we will be back out next year to perform the yearly service because Mr. and Mrs. Cabale enrolled in our maintenance program.
unit was very high static pressure after adjusting blower motor for static pressure came down from 1 to .8. subcool and stage one was at two added 3 pounds of Freon to bring it up 7sc. Recommend that work replacement or modification
Provided estimates
Thermostats in some areas are off by 7 degrees due to the thermostats not having the ability to adjust to room temperatures or coincide with the correct temperatures of the room. These thermostats are not going to correct the issue at large but rather provide the ability to reflect correct temperatures of the room and for thermostats to work better.
Today we visited for two purposes. First, it was time for yearly maintenance and second there is an ongoing issue of the unit not keeping up on hot days. We learned the system is performing perfectly according to manufacturer specifications. Refrigerant charge is perfect, the temperature difference is perfect, the ductwork and static pressures are perfect. James completed a heat load and learned the unit is undersized. The existing system is a 3-ton unit and the heat load determined a 3.5 - ton is needed.
This appointment was a phone call to reconnect with Mr. Geller and get back to work on the consistent cooling issue. James will be visiting the home to perform the yearly maintenance and filter change as well as revisit the performance problems.
Found dead fuse Replaced fuse then found unit empty Pressure tested unit and it held Recharged unit
Location is at the beginning of future dust and mold infestation, imbalance in the ductwork is creating the perfect environment for dust to breed and mold to attach to it, causing the debris we see on the grilles. This would be considered a 3.5/10. To reduce the issue we recommend a duct sanitation which is a non-evasive mist to target and kill mold spores and dust mites. Installing the Reme-Halo's will help with future sanitation of the system. Replacing the Supply Grilles is removing it at the end point. These steps will not remedy the situation but will improve the air quality and slow the progression. Return grilles will not be replaced due to highest contamination being in the supply part of the system.
estimates for 5 ton system
