James was awesome, explained everything, and was very knowledgeable.
Helped me understand the problem then made sure what would fix that issue
He very quickly installed the heating element in my new HVAC unit, was in and out and repaired something that was disconnected in my home from the HVAC repair. So 👍 👍 The only reason I gave 3 stars on the ‘convenience’ question was because they were 2 hours later than the late end of the window, which was frustrating because I have million things to do and my time is valuable too… but it all worked out ok. It was all redeemed when they were done so quickly.
Great customer service. Explained everything to a T, very happy with my experience and comfortable to do service again
I got 3 estimates from 3 companies for new central AC. James definitely made all the difference. I will be picking this company for the work! He was very thorough, knowledgeable and extremely good at his job. I have all the confidence in this company because of his expertise and attitude.

Today we visited because the AC unit wasn’t working. We learned the system is from 2022 and wasn’t working because of a faulty service disconnect breaker in the air handler. This breaker is a special order for this unit. James was able to get the unit working by bypassing the disconnect breaker. FOR SAFETY THE BREAKER REQUIRES REPLACING We also found the unit is in need of maintenance and there is not an air filter (20x20x1). The old filter was located it seems it was removed when the resident was trying to figure out what was wrong.
Static pressure was reading .25 with fan on high speed. Reduced fan speed to medium and brought static pressure down to .18
This is the most basic equipment available for purchase today. It uses a single speed compressor and a single speed indoor fan. This unit is the least expensive to initially purchase and install.
Found a faulty T-6 pro thermostat not sending 24 VT to the reversing valve. Replaced thermostat, checked pressures, and checked wiring. Unit is fully operational at this time. Walkway light was also addressed.
Replaced TXV. Charged the unit to factory specifications, and managed to get the unit to a 17 DEG (85/68)split across the evaporator coils. Lowered the unit fan speed, and balanced the overall air volume of the unit. The unit temperature dropped from 87 to 84 upon completion. Explained to the homeowner that in order for the unit to preform as designed, the system will need to operate and take time while the temperature reaches desired temperatures. (SEE PHOTOS)
Replaced Air Filter. (20x2x5) Maintenance completed on prior visit. Unit is fully operational at this time.
Today we visited to reevaluate the unit and determine the best next step. The system has a failed compressor and is 10 years old. The manufacturer, Maytag, does not have the parts in stock and will need to be ordered. The repairs can be done on Tuesday of next week. Since the system is at the end of its expected useful life and requires an extensive repair it is wise to consider replacing it. The replacement can be done this week on Friday. James is waiting to hear back from Michael to confirm plans.
Upon arrival found Failed compressor, tomorrow at 10 till 12 appointment with james.
Brennan G Today i visited for the system running but not reaching temp. I found the fan speed set to low . I moved the fan speed back to high. We will follow up tomorrow and see if this makes any change
Found the unit inoperable due to a faulty indoor TX. The pressures are 108 / 330, with a superheat of 30 and sub coil of 16. System is operating at this time.
