Both units are being upgraded in tonnage and will receive a 5” MEDIA filter. The existing units are not sized for the temperature Alan would like his home to be. The existing units are not working as they should and both have issues. The downstairs unit has a refrigerant leak in the inside coils. The upstairs unit has a restriction in the metering device, TXV. Inverter technology delivers the most efficient and comfortable home available.
