Today we visited because the AC unit was not keeping the home comfortable. Upon arrival the unit was working because Jim cleaned the drain. Since we were there James performed a maintenance on the outside unit. We also discovered the inside unit to be very dirty. We will Be retuning to perform an extensive cleaning on the inside unit.
