A cracked coupler caused a lot of water damage, but you could not have been more responsive. Thank you for the quick and professional service!
Furnace maintenance. Cleaned and checked two furnaces. Tested flame sensors, pressure switches, hsi, gas valve voltage, blower motor amperage and capacitors. Everything was in adequate working condition. Cleaned and drain tubes and exhaust pipes. Replaced furnace filters, one customer provided and the other was purchased. I also replaced unsafe vent pipe for water heaters.
Service furnace for season, replaced humidifier water panel and serviced generator.
AC maintenance. I cleaned, washed out and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage and continuity. Everything was in accurate working condition. Checked r410 refrigerant. Refrigerant was in accurate efficiency range. Unit was extremely dirty. Changed furnace filter that customer provided.
Service 2 furnace for season, replaced 2 April Aire humidifier medias. Tested both sump pump.
Backup generator maintenance. Inspected and serviced generator, Inspected and serviced furnace for season, serviced humidifier and replaced filter media panel. Sump pump inspected, pumps are 7 yr old.
Service 2 A/C system, replaced customer supplied filters, replaced battery for backup battery. Please see Jake for pricing.
Clean and check to furnace system is under plan. This is the second visit on this service agreement. Replaced two #35 humidifier pads. Resealed collection cover on front of furnace. Checked air filters, both okay at this time. Bad vibration on second floor furnace, need to return and replace blower wheel and motor. Parts under warranty, not labor. See photo. 11-15-22 replaced second floor blower motor and wheel, bad vibration (parts under warranty). Delivered 2- Air Baer 20x25x5 media filters (inventory). Inspected first floor furnace for issues (no heat). Found vacuum hose disconnected, reconnected and tested. To be billed. Materials on P.O.
Service A/C for season, install new WI-FI for backup generator.
Clean and check to air conditioning systems. Renewed customer service agreement for both systems. This is the first visit on this new plan. Need two filters for furnace cleaning. 20x25x4 Trion. To be billed.

Service generator, replaced 2 Honeywell prefilters on electric air cleaner. Service furnace and humidifier for season.
Installed water flow system on water main.
Air conditioning maintenance. Cleaned. tested and reset to factory specs for peak performance two air conditioner units. Replaced sump pump. Tested and cleaned up.
Bathroom plumbing repair. Toilet repair. Replaced flapper and tightened seat down. Inspected sump pump operation.
