Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the AC condensing unit. Tested all mechanical parts. Checked refrigerant levels. Refrigerant is in the accurate efficiency range. Checked compressor amperage and fan motor amperage. Both are in the accurate efficiency range. Changed the furnace filter that the customer provided. The system is operating and cooling as it should be at this time. Performed free inspections. * Customer renewed the VIP maintenance program. One visit is being used today and they will have one visit remaining for furnace/fall season of 2025.
